After the fantastic success of the three world “French” dinners that were organized in March 2015, 2016 and 2017, we are pleased to announce that the Enso restaurant will be part of the fourth edition of Goût de France, from March 20 to March 25, 2018.
The Gout de France event is bigger this year! 5 continents, 3000 restaurants and 3,000 chefs around the world take part in this global gastronomic event! In 2015, started with 1000 restaurants, the second edition brought together 1700 restaurants, while in 2017 the target of as many as 2000 restaurants, bosses and menus were offered, and an outstanding honor is to be among the most prominent restaurants in the world! This year, the concept has been slightly changed, so on Sunday between March 20 and 25, guests of the Enso restaurant will be able to choose a French menu, which consists of 4 gangs inspired by French cuisine. Gastronomy Festival de France (Gu de Frans) – The tastes of France do not offer the same menu all over the world. On the contrary, every culinary master has the opportunity to compose his own menu, using local products and tradition as an inspiration. The main chefs of the Enso restaurant, Uros Ivošević and Nedeljko Jerković, were able to respond to this task. I was inspired by the French cuisine and “à la française” was designed with the traditional French frame: salmon in three ways, candy in wine, chocolate tart with truffle ice cream and French cheeses;
Enso Restaurant will, through its own, especially focus on this event, to highlight the culinary tradition and gastronomic skills. The base of the menu consists of fresh, seasonal and local products with a reduced percentage of fat, sugar, salt and protein and with lots of vegetables.
An international culinary jury, made up of the world’s largest names, made a selection and selected restaurants that are listed on official, branded gourmet hotspots on the map of this unique, global project, and among them the Enso restaurant was also among them. Because of his concept, which is based on modern French cuisine, he completely fitted into a culinary event marking March.
