Saša Radulović, President of the Enough is Enough Movement: We Are Not Going to Disappoint Our Citizens

The votes that the Enough is Enough movement got at the last election are the votes FOR dismantling  the parasitic political system that has been killing Serbia. We are new, decent people who have decided to get involved with politics because we have been disappointed by the people for whom we voted. Citizens have recognised this and will believe us as long as we do as we say.

We are going to be a razor-shap but also constructive and proactive opposition and we are going to tackle the core issues important for the Serbian citizens – says Saša Radulović, President of the political movement Enough is Enough (DJB) which members became national MPs for the very first time. „One of the first questions that we are going to ask is about the election fraud“, Radulović says and adds that his movement plans to use its presence in the Parliament to highlight issues that are in the citizens’ best interest. Radulović goes on to say that the movement has no intention of forming a coalition with the Serbian Progressive Party or its coalition partners at any government level. If the mandatary Vučić invites the movement members to join the consultations on forming the government, they are going to hand him over a comprehensive documentation detailing corruption and particracy among government members.

  1. What atmosphere do you expect at the new parliament convocation? Do you believe that opposition parties or at least some of them are going to be able to strongly criticize the government?

The Enough is Enough movement is promoting a new political culture and new demarcation lines in politics. This, first and foremost, entails a civilised dialogue based on good arguments and implementation of our programme which doesn’t tolerate circumvention of laws and the Constitution, particracy, employment privileges for those affiliated with political parties, rigging tenders in favour of companies that are close to the government, media control, attacks on independent institutions and NGOs, labelling people as „foreign mercenaries“ because they criticise the government, granting subsidies to so-called „foreign investors“ and several other practices that Aleksandar Vučić’s government is engaged in which do not come under democracy or free market. We are going to be a razor-shap but also constructive and proactive opposition and we are going to tackle the core issues important for the Serbian citizens. One of the first questions that we are going to ask is about the election fraud. We are going to demand a committee to be formed which will have to shed light on ample evidence of election fraud.
