UniCredit Bank: employees in the spotlight

In the year in which it marked the 15 years of successful business in Serbia, UniCredit Bank is moving to new premises and makes a comprehensive change of ways of doing everyday business activities, making another step on its way to becoming the best place to work in our market.

At the new location, at the 12 Jurija Gagarina Street, in Belgrade, it introduced an innovative and completely flexible concept, the so-called Smart Working. This is also the first time that a financial institution in Serbia implemented this concept. In addition, Serbia is the first CEE country within the UniCredit Group, where it is implemented. The new office space is fully open and in it there are no physical barriers such as walls. In addition, 9th floor is designed for employees’ rest, where they can drink coffee, eat lunch, and relax playing foosball and PlayStation or to simply enjoy the fantastic view to Belgrade from that height. Carlo Driussi, director of support to the banking business of UniCredit Bank, said: “Popularly called ‘Smart Working’ concept has further spurred communication among all of us.”
