Telenor is the winner of South East Europe Customer Experience Awards

Telenor wins four individual awards at the recently held regional competition South East Europe Customer Experience Awards and was declared the overall winner of the competition


This is the first time that awards have been given for the region of Southeast Europe, and numerous companies from Serbia and the surrounding countries have competed.

South East Europe Customer Experience Awards

The awarded individual projects are:

  • Gold winner in the Digital User Experience category for the Pay-per-Click project;
  • Gold winner in the Telecommunications category for the whole of 2019;
  • Silver winner in the category Users at the heart of everything for the project All for phone, phone for all;
  • Silver winner in the category Employees at the heart of everything – large companies for the Retail Academy project.

The South East Europe Customer Experience Awards competition awards organizations, teams and individuals for inspiring, innovative and educational customer practices and experiences. This year, the competition was organized for the first time for the southeastern part of Europe, and due to the general situation, the defense of the works itself, as well as the announcement of the winners, took place online.
