The Gondola Ethno Vibe Festival in Zlatibor will be held this year from August 1st to 3rd. The official opening of the festival is on August 1st, starting at 6:00 PM at the Gold Gondola’s Transfer Station
The organizers announce a highly aesthetic and conceptual event in the form of performances on multiple stages, with spectacular views of Ribničko Lake and a carefully designed program that combines the destination’s specifics with creative industries, art, gastronomy, and design.
The event aims to showcase the gastro and wellness offerings of the best hotels and restaurants through a B2B event, featuring entrepreneurs, artists, and tradition keepers from the Zlatibor region. They also aim to contribute to the branding of Zlatibor as a destination through the gastro, ethno, craft, health, and fashion concept of the festival they’ve created.
Among the guests are renowned domestic and regional brands, representatives from the tourism and art industries, and special guests, including Mira Šemić, the director of the prestigious gastronomic guide Gault&Millau for Serbia and Slovenia, and Hadži Saša Mišić, who gained fame as the host of the famous “Hell’s Kitchen”.
Through an unforgettable aesthetic and sensory journey in the form of performances, the guests of the “Gondola Ethno Vibe” festival will be part of a shared mission to create a manifestation that presents Zlatibor in a different, more creative way, while preserving its authenticity.
The event on August 1st is intended for a limited number of guests, friends, and business partners of the Gondola, as well as its ambassadors.
The festival will be open to all visitors on the weekend of August 2nd and 3rd, who will have the opportunity to taste authentic flavors, purchase local products, participate in creative workshops, and enjoy various activities and surprises.
All visitors who come to the Gondola on August 2nd and 3rd will also enjoy an excellent music program, taste authentic dishes, try specially created cocktails, and participate in various free workshops, while also enjoying numerous activities and surprises.
At several stages integrated into the natural setting of the Gondola Transfer Station, visitors will be able to purchase traditional Zlatibor products such as jams, honey, cheeses, prosciutto, herbal products, modern ceramics and pottery inspired by old crafts and heritage, jewelry, products of natural and traditional medicine, and much more.
The creative team has designed a unique concept for presenting products and heritage on specially crafted scenery, which, through the combination of glass and mirrors with natural materials, enhances the impression and beauty of the displayed products and the breathtaking Zlatibor landscape.
