America Day at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia

For the fourth consecutive year, the Serbian-American Friendship Congress, in cooperation with Diplomacy&Commerce magazine and under the patronage of the U.S. Embassy in Belgrade, is organizing America Day in Belgrade on September 18, at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.

This has become a traditional event that contributes to the improvement and advancement of relations between the Republic of Serbia and the United States of America in the fields of economy, education, business, and politics—across the full spectrum of bilateral relations between the two countries.

The event will be attended by Alexander Titolo, Chargé d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy in Belgrade, who will participate in the panel discussion titled “Political Strategic Dialogue – Partnership for the Future.”

Congressman Robert Aderholt will address the attendees via video message.

Dr. Vladimir Marinković, President of the Serbian-American Friendship Congress, will also speak at the event.
Milovan Drecun, President of the Parliamentary Friendship Group with the U.S. in the National Assembly, will also participate.

Nemanja Starović, Minister for European Integration, will speak on the panel “Strategic Relations between Serbia and the State of Ohio – Paths Toward Deeper Cooperation.”

This panel will also include Brigadier General Matthew S. Woodruff, Commander of the Ohio National Guard.

Additionally, the “Political Strategic Dialogue – Partnership for the Future” panel will feature Marko Đurić, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia.
