The President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, received the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Basel Salah, on a farewell visit
“I expressed my gratitude to Ambassador Salah for his dedicated work during his tenure in Belgrade, for contributing to the advancement of dialogue between Serbia and Egypt, and for the implementation of concrete projects of mutual importance. I emphasized that the cooperation between Serbia and Egypt is deeply rooted in mutual trust, historical friendship, and a shared vision of further strengthening political and economic ties. Serbia places special importance on further enhancing relations with Egypt, both bilaterally and within multilateral forums, and I am confident that our relations will continue to develop in the spirit of mutual respect and partnership. I wished the ambassador great success in his future endeavors, with the belief that he will remain a true friend of Serbia,” wrote President Vučić on his Instagram profile.
