In a city that never sleeps and breathes through art, a beloved spot for lovers of music, performance, and the spoken word was marked on the cobblestones of Dorćol earlier this year
This September, visitors were welcomed into a completely refreshed space. The Mozzart Foundation opened the new season and the doors of its renovated venue at 35 Cara Dušana Street, where numerous celebrities from the worlds of acting, music, sports, and media walked the red carpet.
Camera flashes sparkled, greetings were exchanged, and toasts were raised to new beginnings. Then the chatter quieted, the stage lights dimmed for a moment, and Nataša Ninković and Zoran Cvijanović cast their magical stardust on stage. From the front rows, many dramatic artists, musicians, and poets enjoyed their brilliant performances. Many of them had performed on the Mozzart Foundation stage during the previous season, fallen in love with the unique space, atmosphere, and energy, and now gladly return as guests.
The new season, in addition to bringing back sold-out shows, will offer a series of premieres – theatrical plays, concert evenings, and literary gatherings – that will once again demonstrate why this venue has so quickly become a favorite meeting place for audiences and top artists. And since the spotlight of the Mozzart Foundation belongs to everyone, admission will remain completely free this season as well.
