The Taste Awards jury, along with representatives from Metro, the general sponsor of the national food quality awards, continued their visits to last year’s laureates
This time, our host was Nikola Stojaković from the restaurant “Fleur de sel,” the winner of the “Taste Awards 2024” in the “Best Chef” category.
After many years of building his experience in some of the finest Michelin 3-star restaurants in Paris, such as Four Seasons Hotel George V Le Cinq and Le Pré Catelan, Nikola Stojaković now shares his knowledge and life journey at the restaurant “Fleur de sel,” part of the Šapat Winery – Wine Atelier, located in Novi Slankamen at a magical spot with a breathtaking view of the majestic Danube.
