The Management Board of Nestlé decided that the current Director General Mr Paul Bulcke took over the post of the new President of the Board of Directors of the company, at its 150th annual meeting.
Mr. Ulf Mark Schneider was appointed the new director of Nestlé S.A. from 1st January 2017 and elected a member of the Board. The Board expressed its intention to fully integrate the branches of Nestlé Health Science SA Skin Health and Nestlé S.A. the Nestlé organisation.
Paul Bulcke was appointed Managing Director and member of the Board in April 2008. During his management Nestlé has made further steps on the path to becoming the world’s leading nutrition, health and healthy life (“Nutrition, Health and Wellness”). “I am very honoured and excited to be given the opportunity to join the company Nestlé” said Schneider. Mr. Bulcke will replace the position of President of the Board Peter Brabeck-Letmathe, who has worked for the company Nestlé over the past 50 years.
