In order to keep pace with the requirements of its customers and adequately ensure that their needs are met, UniCredit Bank Serbia has focused on the digital transformation of its business through the promotion of m banking applications and the introduction of free Wi-Fi networks in all the outlets.

In addition to having the m banking application activated in just three steps, by automatically copying the SMS code to the activation field after the downloading of the mobile application and the client entering the username and selecting the PIN, the accounts can only be accessed with the fingerprint. Also, thanks to the Quick Test option, the client can now have an insight into their account balances without logging in to the m banking application. The bank also introduced the Scan and Pay option. In addition, for the iOS operating system users, the Quick menu option is also available, which allows clients to access the account balance without accessing the application, creating a new payment order, and accessing the m token.
