On July 5, 2019, Dunav Osiguranje (Dunav Insurance) disbursed dividends to its shareholders and the Republic of Serbia, based on the profit stated in the company’s annual financial records for 2018. As the largest individual shareholder, the state of Serbia received 671.03 million dinars.
The decision to distribute profit for 2018 through disbursement of dividends in the gross amount of 1.48 billion dinars was made by the Shareholders Assembly of this biggest national insurance company.
Other shareholders, who were registered as legal owners of Dunav Osiguranje shares before and on April 15th, 2019, also had the right to receive a dividend, which was was paid through the Central Registry in the net amount of 39.97 million dinars.
