Fakhri Hassan Mahdi Al-Issa became a new ambassador of Iraq to Serbia.
H. E. Al-Issa graduated from College of Agriculture, Baghdad University in 1976 holding a B.Sc. degree in Agriculture Engineering, and obtained his MSc title at the University College of North Wales, U.K, 1989. Prior to this post, he was ambassador of Iraq in India, Venezuela, and held positions of Ambassador – Head of Asia Department – Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ambassador – Head of Policy Planning Department, Iraqi ministry of Foreign Affairs. He speaks Arabic and English.
