Our action “Guys, who is driving home? “which is organized for the fourth time in a row within Belgrade Beer Fest, this year is widened to the entire territory of Serbia. In addition to free transportation to four key points in Belgrade, for the first time this year, we provide the transportation for visitors from Novi Sad, Niš and Kragujevac. The action is organized by the company HEINEKEN Serbia, Road Traffic Safety Agency and Belgrade Beer Fest, in cooperation with GSP Belgrade (GSP) and the Business Association of Road Traffic “Srbijatransport”.
How to apply for free transportation from and to Novi Sad, Niš and Kragujevac?
It is necessary to submit an application through e-mail address email@example.com. On that occasion you should fill in your full name, the city you are interested in and phone number. Applications without the required information will not be considered. After you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Registration lasts until Saturday, August 13th 2016 to 12.00 p.m. Number of seats is limited. It is particularly important to sign up for departure and return.
- Voucher collection
After you receive a confirmation through e-mail address that you have left as your contact address, you need to collect your voucher. The voucher take over will be organized in all three cities simultaneously, that is on Sunday, August 14th 2016. When collecting the voucher you need to show an identity card in order to prove that you are an adult. Each person can take only one voucher.
- Transport reservation
After you collect your voucher you need to go to the bus station in order to book a ride. At the bus station counter you will leave the perforated part of the voucher and get a bus ticket.
You should save the part of voucher that you have because you’ll change it for a return voucher. The return voucher should be collected at Safe Zone within the Belgrade Beer Fest. Same as on arrival, it is necessary to book a ride on the counter of BAS bus station.
For free transport in Belgrade you don’t need to apply for or to book in advance.
