STOP SHOP is a brand of IMMOFINANZ for retail parks in Central and Eastern Europe and the basis of its market development. The first STOP SHOP retail park opened in Čačak in April 2015, the second in Niš in April 2016 and the third in Valjevo, in August 2016. IMMOFINANZ is primarily focused on the eight major regional markets in Europe: Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Poland and Moscow.
