The Covid -19 pandemic is an extraordinary issue of global size. Governmental as well as international institutions should cooperate to minimise the impact of the Covid-19 in our society. In addition, we are in constant communication with our suppliers and our customers in order to mutually overcome any obstacles in our supply chain and maintain a steady flow of materials

How did you organize your business activities?

Our business activities during the Covid-19 pandemic were organized on the principles of securing the health of our employees as well as securing business continuity. We did form task force which started following and adopting the general directions that Serbian government and World Health Organization are issuing. We did secure enough quantities of self-protecting equipment and we did manage to organize a 45% of our people to work remotely from home.

In addition we are in constant communication with our suppliers and our customers in order to mutually overcome any obstacles in our supply chain and maintain a steady flow of materials.

How important is it for companies to stand in solidarity and help in these extraordinary circumstances?

The Covid -19 pandemic is an extraordinary issue of global size. Governmental as well as international institutions should cooperate to minimise the impact of the Covid-19 in our society. Private sector companies should also participate in the fight against the Covid-19. The global economy will suffer a lot and we have to be ready for the next day, to rebuild on the ruins that the Covid-19 will leave behind.

How are you spending your private time during the pandemic?

I am sharing my time between office and family, trying harder than before to maintain the balance between professional and personal life. I am trying to keep my self-informed on the latest developments and I am on a constant communication with business partners.

What will you do first after the state of emergency is cancelled?

I will probably have to visit my hairdresser!
