Arrangement of cash loans via mobile phone
During the pandemic, OTP banka Srbija remained committed to innovations, in order to digitalize its services and products and enable further development of contactless and digital solutions in our country. This month, the bank launched mCash– an option that allows clients to arrange a RSD cash loan with a fixed interest rate via their mobile phone, completely online within the m-bank application.
Quickly and easily, by selecting the mCash option, the client enters the loan amount, selects the repayment period, and fills in other mandatory fields in order to view the calculation and define the parameters that best suit their needs. Then, the draft of the documents required for the approval of the loan is downloaded, and the client confirms that they give consent to the Bank to obtain the Credit Bureau’s report. If the client accepts, they proceed further, and upload the required documents (ID card, employment certificate, etc.), thus completing their loan application.
Then comes the final approval, the client downloads all the final documents and confirms electronically – by entering their PIN, and the money arrives in their account very quickly!
With the same goal in mind, OTP banka recently enabled all iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad or Mac users the Apple Pay service – a contactless payment with the Bank’s MasterCard payment cards. For users of the Android operating system, an mCard “mobile wallet” remains available, which enables payment at POS terminals, without using cash.
