Serbia and Montenegro Rotary Clubs Celebrate 112 years of Rotary International

To celebrate 100 years of Rotary Foundation and 112 years of Rotary International, the event was organized in Belgrade’s Hyatt hotel. The ceremony was attended by successful businessmen, representatives of the diplomatic corps and representatives of the media.

“One thousand two hundred people, the citizens of Montenegro and Serbia share a significant part of their lives and money to change your community for the better. They believe and follow the ideal of selfless service. Service Above Self is what they adopted as their motto. “- said Velibor Zolak, a political scientist and director of the agency for marketing and communication, AMC and a governor of District 2483, which includes Serbia and Montenegro. All participants had the opportunity to watch a short film which presents the members of Rotary through personal stories and video presentation. After the presentation, the presenter of the programme Iva Štrljić, invited the guests to enjoy dinner, music and make new friends.
