The Embassy of Sweden celebrated St. Lucia, a winter holiday that the Swedes celebrate in the glory of the sunlight during cold and dark winter days.

With the choir performed by traditional Swedish songs, gingerbread and cooked wine (glögg) were served, the Embassy completed the celebration of the centenary of the establishment of diplomatic relations called “SwedishSerbian100”. “When it comes to friendship, I am glad that, although our two countries may not have the same views on certain topics, this friendship has never been interrupted,” said H. E. Ambassador Jan Lundin.
