Are you ready for the future of digital commerce? Discover it on Adria Summit

After a successful conference last year, we eagerly await this year’s Adria Summit 2023 “Future of Digital Commerce,” which will be held from May 3 to 7 at two locations, in Umag, Croatia, and Portorož, Slovenia. The second instance of this first-of-a-kind genuine Adriatic region event, while covering the future trends shaping traditional omnichannel eCommerce, will move further towards the technologies and models that enable the exchange of fully digital goods and services and the future of digital money.

Over 60 speakers are expected on 8 panels, and in addition to new discussion and networking formats, the organizers have also prepared some pleasant surprises for all summit participants. Zoran Torbica, one of the organizers and a man whose name is essential when it comes to internet business, has a very interesting question for all summit participants: Are you afraid of changes or are you looking forward to them?

The conference will consist of panel discussions, combined with presentations, lectures, and case studies, and now we present you with just some of the speakers:

Luka Burilović, Ph.D. – President, Croatian Chamber of Commerce

Luka Burilović, Ph.D. is the President of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, which function he has been holding since 2014. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR) and Podravka d.d. Among other functions, Mr. Burilović is the President of the Croatian National Board of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of European Chambers of Commerce (EUROCHAMBRES) and a member of the Board of the Foundation of the Croatian Academy of Sciences.

Tomislav Radoš – Vice President, Croatian Chamber of Commerce

Tomislav Radoš, vice president of Croatian Chamber of Economy, was born on 2nd April 1971, in Požega, Croatia. Radoš attended the Faculty of Economics and Businesses in Zagreb earning a bachelor’s and a master’s degrees as well as a Ph.D. with the thesis “The Relationship between Strategy and Business Performance of Croatian Companies”. Currently, he is a Vice President of Croatian Chamber of Economy for Industry, and IT and Energy and Environment.

Robert Čoban – President, Color Press Group
Robert Čoban is at the helm of the largest magazine publisher in the region, Color Press Group which has subsidiary companies in all 6 countries of the former Yugoslavia. The Group publishes 110 magazines and has 25 websites.

Marcel Majsan – President, Croatian eCommerce Association
Marcel Majsan is the president of the Croatian eCommerce Association. He earned a master’s degree in journalism at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Zagreb, after which he continued his education in the field of web design, sales and digital marketing. He started the eCommerce Croatia Association in 2015, together with the Facebook group eCommerce Croatia, which currently has over 10,000 members. As part of the Association, he conducts various research, organizes events, holds training and consultations for members, and runs a podcast presenting eCommerce professionals with a good reputation (Nominis). In short, Marcel helps people launch an online business and improve existing ones, but also to find the best solutions and best people to develop their business.

Marko Čadež – President, Chamber of Commerce and Industry Serbia
Marko Čadež is President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (CCIS), a member of the Managing Board of the Western Balkans 6 Chamber Investment Forum, which he chaired from 2017 to 2023, a member of the Board of Directors of EUROCHAMBRES, the largest European business association, in which he was a Vice-Chair of the Single Market Committee and now he is a Vice-Chair of the Neighbourhood and Enlargement Committee and is in charge of Eurochambres’ Digital Services Network.

Srđan Kondić – Chairman & CEO, Addiko Bank
Srđan Kondić PhD was born on 28 October 1982 in Banja Luka. After finishing high school, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Banja Luka in 2005. In 2012, Srđan Kondić obtained the title of Master of Economic Sciences, defending the thesis entitled as follows: “The impact of the global financial crisis on strengthening the resilience of the banking sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina”. In September 2022, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic of Liquidity Management as a primary determinant of bank creditworthiness and obtained the title of Doctor of Economic Sciences.

Ivan Smiljković – Member of the Executive Board at ProCredit Bank
The participant has taken part in numerous panels and public discussions on the topic of green financing and environmental preservation and is highly committed to achieving the developmental mission of ProCredit Bank in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources.

Zvonimir Mršić – Operating Partner, Spitzberg Partners LLC
In more than 25 years when he was the CEO, president of the management and supervisory
board or head of the organization, Zvonimir Mršić created significant value for shareholders and
stakeholders. Nowadays he is a strategic advisor, mentor, and investor learning by doing in
startup society

Stevica Kuharski – Principal, Fil Rouge Capital
Stevica Kuharski has been a serial entrepreneur for more than 20 years. Croatian Post acquired
his startup Locodels in 2019. and he joined as a principal to Fil Rouge Capital, a VC fund with
46M EUR of assets under management.
