The Contest for the 9th Generation of Young Leaders is open from September 7th until September 20th at midnight.
The Young Leaders program was created 8 years ago by Delta Holding Company, with the aim of giving young, educated and inexperienced people the chance to start their careers in one of the most successful companies in the area.
During this period all interested candidates will be able to apply for the one-year paid program that enables young people to work in multiple sectors of the Company, as well as improve their knowledge. The best of them will get the opportunity to continue working in the Company after the program is finished.
‘The fact that we managed to preserve our businesses during the Covid19 pandemic is extremely important to us, but so is the fact that we are going to keep hiring young educated people. This is important for both the Company and Serbia as a country since it is quite certain that they would otherwise look for the opportunities abroad’, said Monika Pejčić, Delta Holding HR director.

More than 21k people applied for the program during the previous eight contests, 235 Young Leaders finished the program and 34 of them are in the managerial positions at this moment.
