Each week, Arena Cineplex cinema and Diplomacy & Commerce magazine will suggest movies you can watch at home during the state of emergency.

In order to withstand the longest curfew so far, we suggest you check out the great family movie “The Lion King”

Disney’s “The Lion King”, directed by John Favreau, takes us to the African savannah, where the future king was born. Simba adores her father, King Mufasa, and wholeheartidly accepts his royal destiny. But not everyone in the kingdom rejoices at the birth of a new cub. Scar, Mufasa’s brother, and by this time the heir to the throne, has other plans. The fight for the kingdom is marked by betrayal, tragedy and drama that will end with Simba’s exile. With the help of new, unusual and interesting friends, Simba will have to find a way to grow up and reclaim what belongs to him at birth. Fantastic actors who have lent their voices include Donald Glover as Simba, Beyonce Knowles-Carter as Nala, James Earl Jones as Mufasa, Chiwetel Ejiofor as Scar, Seth Rogen as Pumbaa and Billy Eichner as Timon.
