EFFIE 2018 AWARDS TO THE MOST EFFECTIVE MARKETING CAMPAIGNS

Winners of the Effie Awards Festival Awards were announced on the June 13th at the Radisson Blu Old Mill Hotel Hotel in Belgrade in front of about 150 officials, representatives of the marketing profession.

One Golden Effie, two silver and seven bronze trophies, were awarded to the most successful campaigns implemented in the period from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017. For the first time in Serbia, one campaign was awarded gold Effie. This is the “Be NEO” campaign, Leo Burnett / Publicis One, a Vip Mobile client in the competition category Internet and Telecommunications. Silver Effie in the Finance and Payment Card category won the campaign “Erste Housing Loan Campaign”, the Executive Group, the Erste Bank client. The second Silver Effie was campaigned by Leo Burnett / Publicis One, a Vip NEO campaign, created for Vip Mobile’s client, and competed in the launch of new local products or services. A total of seven campaigns won the Bronze Effie: “Black is Zaječarsko pivo”, by Ovation BBDO agency, for the client Heineken Serbia in the category Alcoholic beverages (Beer and wine); “Serbia is a neXt inspiration”, by agency McCann Belgrade, the client of The Coca Cola Company in the category Non-alcoholic beverages and drinks. In the same category, bronze went to the work “My Kravica Yogurt Triangle”, the agency Leo Burnett / Publicis One and Communis, for the client Imlek. In the Finance and Payment Cards category, two Effie brochures for campaigns went to: “Pre-authorization for faster immigration”, Ovation BBDO, for the Client Unicredit Bank and “Intermezzo Cash Loan – 7 Years” campaign, Leo Burnett / Publicis One, for the Client Banca Intesa. The “New Plazma Experience” campaign got the bronze Effie within the category Launch of new local products or suluges, while Vip Brzalice, Leo Burnett / Publicis One, the Vip Mobile client, won this award in the competition category of Internet and telecommunications.
