On October 29th and 30th in Madlenianum, Opera & Theater, Marketing Network is going to organize the fifth, jubilee, festival of integrated communications KAKTUS 2019. Under the slogan “Make room for a new BLOOM”, this year the accent of the festival is on talents, but also innovations, because a different approach to the advertising industry opens-up new angles and gives rise to new ideas.

As the last year, KAKTUS 2019 will offer participants the highest quality program from various areas of integrated communications, and Belgrade will host top experts from around the world during the two days of the festival. Also, this year the festival will be divided on the Innovation Day and the Talent Day.

Also, within the framework of the Day of Innovations at the KAKTUS 2019 festival, MarTech Challenge 2019 finals will be held in the field of marketing organized by DIRECT MEDIA United Solutions in cooperation with partners including Marketing Network.

Within the second day of the KAKTUS 2019 – Talent Days, in addition to lectures and workshops of top experts from all over the world and the traditional awards of KAKTUS awards to the best in the field, Marketing Network will also organize young talents competition, from ages up to 32 years old. The aim of this competition is to encourage and motivate young people in the creative industry, but also point the professional public to their talents and creativity.

“The market for marketing communications in Serbia has been holding its national festival for five years now, in which only the best-quality ideas, those that move the boundaries of the profession and strive for a better future, are celebrated. This year, we continue on with an even better quality program, new experiences and highlighting ideas that survive. In addition, this year we will open the doors of the festival to startups and young talents, which will give a special freshness to the jubilee KAKTUS festival. In addition, this year we expect a lot of good campaigns to compete for traditional KAKTUS awards, which will point to development trends, but also to the challenges that determine the future of the creative industry in Serbia,” said Ivana Parčetić Mitić, founder and editor of the Marketing Portal network and organizer of the festival KAKTUS 2019.

The competition for the 5th national award of the KAKTUS 2019 annual awards was open until September 20th. Prizes are awarded in 23 categories, and they receive organizations, companies, institutions and agencies for the highest quality and most professional single-channel and integrated campaigns in the past year. The main awards at the festival are, as before, the Agency of the Year, the Advertiser of the Year and the Integrated Campaign of the Year – Grand Prix. As in previous years, KAKTUS 2019 celebrates only those ideas that come out of the boundaries of the obvious and, despite difficult conditions, inspire and produce the most effective communication with target groups.
