McCann Beograd Named „Agency of the Year“ in Serbia for the Third Consecutive Year

McCann Beograd was named Agency of the year in Serbia at National Kaktus 2017 festival. This is the third consecutive year that McCann Beograd has won this prestigious award.According to the jury, comprised of renowned local and regional marketing professionals, among all the 124 entries McCann Beograd had the highest number of points.

We are feeling honored in winning Agency of the year Award third consecutive year in a raw. It is the best way to round up successes we had this year with Effie festival awards, Golden Drum awards and Kaktus tonight. It is recognition for our team and great brands we work on both on local and international scene. We are happy with our creative work being recognized and awarded as well as generating commercial results for the brands. These are all indicators of quality and and we share these successes with our clients. This is a special year for us as we mark 20 year anniversary – I don’t think there is better way to celebrate it”, said Olivera Perković, Managing Director of McCann Beograd.

Campaigns which were awarded at Kaktus 2017. are:

  • In the Integrated Campaigns category, Content Integrated Campaign – “PiruLOLci” (PiruLOLs) for Froneri Adriatic,

  • In the Integrated Campaign category, Innovative Integrated Campaign – “democrARtisation” for the Museum of Contemporary Art, and

  • In the Individual Works category, Viral Video – “Sa slavom nema šale” (Don’t Joke with Slava) for Carlsberg Srbija.

This year McCann Beograd was named the most effective agency in Serbia at the Effie Awards, and was also the most successful agency from Serbia at the Golden Drum festival.

Kaktus is a professional award given to companies, institutions and agencies for the best and most professional individual and integrated campaigns created in the past year. The expert jury is comprised of reputable professionals from creative, PR and digital agencies from Serbia and the region.
