MOL SERBIA APPOINTED ANTE ARALICA AS DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY

MOL Serbia has made the decision to appoint Ante Aralica, the current President of the Management Board and the CEO of Holdina d.o.o as new CEO of MOL Serbia.

With the arrival to this function, Aralica will contribute to the further development of the company MOL Serbia using the knowledge gained in leading positions in the tobacco and retail industries. His expertise is proven in corporate restructuring and organization of the sector in order to improve the operations of large corporations. Aralica will use his experience to contribute to increased efficiency in operations, addressing strategic issues of the company, but also the implementation of key investment projects planned for the future.

‘’In the last 15 years, for how long MOL operates in Serbia, it proved to be one of the leading companies in its industry, and target for the next period is even greater improvement of business results. In months ahead, the focus will be on our customers, getting to know their needs, the introduction of technological innovations at service stations, as well as ongoing development of employees in line with MOL’s values and corporate culture. Another important task to which I’m especially looking forward to is the implementation of the business strategy of the Group in 2030″, said CEO of MOL Serbia Ante Aralica.

Except that he will manage the company MOL Serbia, Aralica reserves positions that he has as president of the Board and director of Holding.

Aralica started his career in 2001. in Konzum, in order to continue his career as a manager for Trade Marketing and distribution in the company British American Tobacco. He joined Adris group in 2006, where he has worked in the TDR as Trade marketing manager for the region. Since 2009, he leads Adris operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina as Director Opresa dd Sarajevo. As a Chairman of the Board and Director of Holdina, he was appointed in January 2015.

Natasa Vuksic, director of retail in MOL Serbia, which performed function of Acting Director, will continue her career in the company.

“Last year MOL Serbia found itself in the top 15 companies in Serbia, according to business income. In the future we will work together on the expansion of the retail network and the development of company in this segment. I am convinced that Ante’s their previous experience and knowledge of markets in the region will contribute to further strengthen the position of MOL Serbia as the leading oil company ” , said Natasa Vuksic, director of retail in MOL Serbia.
