PepsiCo Serbia announced the start of the competition for the selection of participants of the second generation development programme for graduates “PepsiCo Start”.
This year, the goal of the programme is a selection of the best candidates who have graduated and who are going to have, after a one-year paid internship, the opportunity to work in this company. The competition is open from 8 to 19 May 2017. This year’s graduates have three positions for professional development – position of maintaining the production at the factory in Maglić, and the position of sales development and logistics and distribution positions at the company headquarters in Belgrade. Interested candidates do not need experience to apply, but it is desirable to have a leadership attitude, orientation to achieve results and flexibility, analytical skills, ethics, excellent English language skills and advanced knowledge of MS Office suite of programmes. After the selection of applications, shortlisted will enter the top 30 candidates who will get a chance to live performances, and only six of them will get a chance to participate in the final part of the selection “Meet PepsiCo”, during which they will present a management company firsthand. Candidates will see how it looks and field work with the sales team, as well as in the production of the factory in Maglić.
