PEPSICO INVITES ALL GRADUATES TO ACCEPT A GLOBAL CHALLENGE

PepsiCo launches global challenge “Dare To Do More”, in which it calls on graduates from eight European countries, including graduates from Serbia, to use their acquired knowledge and recognize the next big trend in the food and beverage industry.

This initiative of a competitive character, which will last 12 weeks, is looking for postgraduates who are thinking of a visionary. Applicants will have the task of designing a unique product or developing an existing line of

PepsiCo products and presenting them to all PepsiCo leaders.

Candidates who come to the final round of this unique international competition will have the opportunity to show an interview for one of the positions in the leading markets of PepsiCo, and within the PepsiCo Go Diploma Program in Europe. Candidates will also compete for the main prize – a trip to New York City, where they will present their ideas to the PepsiCo Leadership Team alongside winners from other countries. Successful graduates will have the opportunity to work with colleagues around the world on some of the largest and best brands in the world.

All interested candidates can be registered at https://daretodomore.pepsico.com. The first phase gives participants the opportunity to deceive the life of PepsiCo companies. Through virtual learning experience, the graduates will be able to discover more about the company and participate in online webinar with both leaders and former PepsiCo Go graduates, and one of them is Aleksandar Životić, last year’s representative of Serbia in the finals of the competition, and today part of the digital marketing team of PepsiCo Serbia.

“My two month effort was rewarded with a unique opportunity to present Serbia as the first candidate at the final event in London, along with 30 other students from all over Europe. To be selected in the competition of 1200 applicants, it is a confirmation that knowledge and effort is always paid out “by Aleksandar Životić’s message to future candidates from Serbia.

In the second phase, graduates can offer a proposal of their business ideas that they believe may be the next major trend in the food and beverage industry, explaining how to present them to the market. In the third phase, participants with the best ideas will get mentor support and preparation for the big finals. Creators of the best ideas will secure their place in the finals and will have the opportunity to present their ideas to PepsiCo experts. All finalists will work together with experienced PepsiCo mentors preparing for finals and interviews for positions within the digital team, research, and the supply chain within the PepsiCo Competition Program.
The program is available in the UK, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Serbia, Poland, France and Turkey.
