ProCredit group brought together representatives of small and medium enterprises from Southeast Europe

Networking businessmen and their closer cooperation can strengthen the economic potential of the region, it was concluded at a business conference “Business to Business” (B2B), which was organised by ProCredit group. It has been so far the largest B2B event, which follows good practice previously held business B2B meetings in Serbia, Macedonia and Albania.


The event in Thessaloniki was attended by more than 600 owners of small and medium enterprises from Serbia and the region, which also presents new opportunities for business support this banking group is offering. Business people in the field of manufacturing, agriculture, services, and many export-orientated firms were able to hold a series of meetings with potential business partners from neighbouring countries, as well as to exchange views with the leaders of the ProCredit Holding, the majority owner of ProCredit banks in countries in the region.

“These B2B meetings represent a significant platform for networking of entrepreneurs, since our customers are especially interested in potential business partners from the countries in the region with which Serbia has significant economic cooperation such as Macedonia, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, etc. For us, as we are a bank dedicated to the financing of the economy, is of great importance to be constantly in touch with our customers and to promptly respond to their needs” said Mr. Ivan Smiljković, member of the Executive Board of ProCredit Bank Serbia, and added: “In Serbia, as in other countries in the region, small and medium enterprises can greatly contribute to economic recovery and we believe that we are supporting their projects with quality banking service, an important business partner and support.
