Commenting on the results achieved in 2015, Claudio Cesario, CEO of UniCredit Bank Serbia stated:

“I am very pleased to say that for us 2015 was not only the year that was characterised by excellent business results, but it was also one of the most successful years since we operate in Serbia. Through financing of projects of public interest, we once again confirmed that we are the right partner for the Serbian economy. We successfully started the digitalisation process, and we continue to provide support to the most vulnerable categories of the population, the development of social entrepreneurship and initiatives of local importance. “

Ljiljana Berić, a member of the Executive Board of UniCredit Bank Serbia, responsible for the Department of Finance, said:

“Despite many challenges, UniCredit Bank also in 2015 showed all its strength and achieved outstanding business results. We managed to be above the market when it comes to growth in commercial loans, cost to income ratio, productivity per employee and return on invested capital, while we preserved a strong capital base. Also, thanks to the successful management of a portfolio of non-performing loans, we managed to maintain their level significantly below market. “
