Having in mind the state of emergency declared due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the difficulties in making payments under the insurance contracts that stipulate periodical premium payments, we hereby inform the policy holders:
– who have been banned from leaving their homes throughout the day,
– who have no regular income, and
– whose regular income has been significantly reduced and are thus unable to settle their obligations,
that they can settle their insurance premiums that became due during the state of emergency after the termination of the state of emergency.
The deferred payment of due liabilities shall not result in accruing of default interest and shall not affect the rights under the insurance contracts in question.
