Miloš Nedeljković has been appointed as a new member of the Executive Board of Sberbank Serbia in charge of banking operations and IT (COO). Since 2013 to date, he was the Head of the Department of Digital Banking and Partnership Development. Over the last four years, he has made a significant contribution to the transformation and development of Sberbank’s operations.

Miloš Nedeljković was born in Belgrade, in 1974. He graduated from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Department of Industrial Engineering. He started his career in the banking sector in 2001. Miloš actively participated in all phases of digital banking development in the Republic of Serbia. He made a significant contribution to the development of payment card operations, including POS terminals and ATMs, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Direct Marketing.
Upon joining Sberbank, Miloš sourced his motivation in the continuous improvement of products and services tailored to the needs of today’s clients and accompanied by simple, reliable, efficient and user-friendly processes based on state-of-the-art technology solutions, which have distinguished Sberbank Serbia as an innovative customer-oriented bank.
