Operations in the digital branch of Commercial Bank began

Komercijalna banka within its eBank services enabled the use of digital branch KOMeCENTAR. Clients can now apply for certain products and services, such as current account, overdraft on current account and debit card with deferred payment over the Internet without going to a branch and waiting in line.

Users who are not clients can become members by filing a request for the opening of one of the sets of current accounts at the Bank’s website. After the realisation of the request and opening of current accounts, users become clients of Komercijalna banka and still have the ability to submit and other requirements are available through on-line services. Users needs to choose the way they want to sign the documents. This may be the closest branch, courier service (no additional cost) or a digital signature, if it has a qualified certificate for electronic signature. Digital customers can communicate with employees in KOMeCENTAR branches by phone, e-mail, chat and video conferencing. Opening hours – on weekdays from 9AM to 9PM and on Saturdays from 9AM am to 4PM.
