At a ceremony in the Madlenianum Opera and Theatre, organised in compliance with all the prescribed measures, the Association of Business Women in Serbia granted the Flower of Success for Dragon Lady Awards to the best women entrepreneurs in Serbia for the fifteenth year. Also, within the Flower of Success for Dragon Lady event, The Most Gender Sensitive Company Award was bestowed for the fourth consecutive year.
The “Dragon Lady” title was rewarded to 8 women entrepreneurs this year. In the main category, Successful Business Model, the winner was Anja Ivana Milić, a co-owner and director of “Arhi.pro” d.o.o. from Belgrade. The award in the Export-Oriented Company category was not granted this year. The commission ruled that seven female candidates who achieved outstanding results per some of the criteria in the main category were to receive special awards. The Special Award for successful model of linking science and business was bestowed to Ivana Beara, Marija Lesjak and Nataša Simin, co-owners of “HerbElixa” d.o.o. Beograd. The Special Award for the second chance woman entrepreneur was received by Katarina Tasković, owner and director of “Koko dućan” d.o.o. Pančevo (La Group – La medic, La Mokosh, La Chicken House, La Mama). The winner of the Special Award for media promotion of women entrepreneurship was Lidija Marko, owner of the “Atlantis” agency, Zemun, whereas the Special Award for contribution to local development of women entrepreneurship was granted to Snežana Perić, owner of Café and Consulting “In” and founder of the Association of Business Women “Creative Vision”. The Special Award for social entrepreneurship went to Stanislava Rokvić, owner of the Educational Centre “Poletarac“ Bačka Palanka, the Special Award for innovativeness to Tatjana Avramov, a co-owner and director of “Real Red Raspberry” d.o.o. Bečej, and the Special Award for social innovation to Vesna Stanimirović, owner and director of PU “Stonogica” Sremska Mitrovica.
