Generali Osiguranje Srbija wins prestigious awards for outstanding relationship with customers and business partners

Generali Osiguranje Srbija has won prestigious medals: “Customers’ friend – Because It’s You We Care About” and “Customer’s friend – Superior Excellence”, awarded by the international organization ICERTIAS within the “Customers’ Friend” program.


ICERITAS rewards companies for outstanding relations with customers and business partners. To qualify, nominated organizations undergo a strict review by ICERTIAS and customer evaluation. The reputation of the company among its customers, employees, business partners and the general public are analyzed, as well as communication, user experience and trust.

Dragan Filipović, Chairman of the Executive Board of Generali Osiguranje Srbija, said on the occasion: ”I am proud of my team and its commitment to building good relationships with customers and improving our services. These important awards are proof that we are on the right path to achieving the company’s goal: to be our customers’ lifetime partner.
