The Commission for granting national awards in the area of occupational safety and health has rewarded the 3rd place award to the Sheraton Novi Sad Hotel for exceptional achievements in occupational safety and health for 2019. The “April 28th” Plaque Award in the category of companies with up to 250 employees was granted to Novak Bojanić, Director of the Sheraton Novi Sad.
“I am very glad and honoured that we won this significant recognition because it also officially confirms our day-to-day efforts aimed at providing the safest possible working environment for our employees. Health and safety of employees are our absolute priority because by caring one for another and by complying with the highest safety standards, we also care about the entire community and provide a good example to other employers, especially in these challenging times”, said Bojanić.
Annual national awards in the area of occupational safety and health have been granted since 2010 to mark the World Day for Safety and Health at Work and the Day for Safety and Health at Work in the Republic of Serbia – April 28.
