Outsource Insurance Professionals (OIP) is a company that exists in Belgrade since 2012, and in Nis since 2017 and provides insurance services to clients throughout the United States and the United Kingdom, and Canada.
From a small office with 5 employees, we can proudly say that after 10 years the OIP is counting over 500 employees in our offices in Serbia, Croatia, and USA, and even the pandemic failed to shake our constant stability and growth.
What sets us apart from other companies is attitude towards employees as well as the local community of which we are a part of.
OIP provides an opportunity for the development and advancement of young people without previous work experience, as well as all those looking for a different career. To become part of the OIP family, all you need to do is speak English and be ready to learn, because all our employees pass at the beginning through the American Insurance Academy, an educational institution that prepares you to enter the world of insurance. During this paid training you will obtain all the necessary knowledge to do the job.

Constant commitment and listening to the interests of employees led to a team of satisfied young people with numerous initiatives to contribute to the community to which they belong, and regularly we participated in the humanitarian actions of our partners Osmeh na dar, BELHospice, NURDOR, and Budimo Zajedno.
Although the main one, insurance is not the only sphere of business we deal with. Two years ago – we founded OIP Robotics, a company that provides services in the field of information technology narrowly oriented on insurance.
In the past 10 years, the OIP has produced great experts. Martina Seferović, General Manager of the company, was presented at the IBA Hot 100 (Insurance Business America) in 2020, Miloš Petrović, Director of Operations, was named the best development manager in Serbia, Snezana Obradovic, the financial director, joined the Forbes Financial Council, and the OIP is by North America Business Awards awarded as the best KPO insurance service provider.
We are marking the tenth anniversary with a big celebration for our employees and partners when we will set new and bigger goals for the next 10 years.
