The Passengers – From Cile to Belgrade

On the occasion of the Belgrade Day, in the hall of the National Assembly on 19th April, the exhibition titled “Passengers – From Cile to Belgrade” by Milan “Cile” Marinković was opened. The exhibition was officially opened by National Assembly Speaker Maja Gojković.

The exhibition will premiere a part of the new collection of large format paintings. The works are thematically linked to the title of the exhibition in which the central figure is a man presented as a nomad of modern times. Milan Marinković Cile is one of the most prominent Serbian painters and is listed among the most important modern artists in Serbia.

He has received numerous prestigious awards and has exhibited his work in more than 100 solo exhibitions and over 250 group exhibitions in Serbia and the region, France, many European countries and the USA. The exhibition can be seen until 26th April, while in December it will be presented and the Parisian audience.
