Challenges for the Taste Buds

One of the world’s most influential online media outlets, The Huffington Post, recently included Belgrade’s Homa Restaurant among the top seven recommended eateries in Eastern Europe. This is just one of many awards received recently by this concept of fine dining, under the leadership of Filip Ćirić.


It would be too much to present Homa as a restaurant here, given that it has occupied the top of the list of the most refined restaurants in Belgrade for many years. Instead, we chose to speak with Filip Ćirić, co-owner and boss of this restaurant, who recently won a prestigious “restaurateur of the year” award, about the new challenges he set for himself in creating Homa, as a restaurant intended for fine dining, and Homa Bistro, as a lighter and logical continuation of this particular culinary story.
